Delivery Information

• At BELOW ZERO, we offer you the convenience and flexibility of getting your ice cream order when you need it.  No need to worry about specific delivery dates.

• If you are ordering for a special event, our carts will be delivered to your site usually within a few hours ahead of the start time.  Again, no need to worry about the order not showing up. 

• Our event carts will keep your product at serving temperature and maintain its quality for the duration of your event.  For each event cart delivered, there are appropriate delivery charges.

• Generally, we service the Greater Toronto Area.  If you have an event outside of this area, depending on the event, we may still be able to provide our services.
