  What if it rains, can we cancel?

 

  To cancel your order, we need 48 hours notice.

  Can we re book another date if order is cancelled in time?

 

  Yes.

  What if it starts to rain during our event?

 

  Most of our carts will fit inside buildings.

  Is there a minimum ice cream order amount required for delivery and use of the cart?

 

  Yes. The minimum amount is $250.00 in ice cream product before delivery charges and applicable taxes.

  Can we just rent the ice cream cart by itself?

 

  Yes, there will be applicable rental and delivery charges, plus applicable taxes.

  Can we just buy ice cream?

 

  Yes. Wholesale accounts have a minimum delivered order of $250.00.

  Can we buy less than $250.00 if we pick up the order?

 

  Yes, a pick up time can be arranged.

  Are there product substitutions?

 

  Yes. If product ordered is not available, we will    substitute an item of equal or greater value.

  What are the delivery charges?

 

  This varies depending on time and distance.  Our Minimum delivery charge is $75.00.

  Can we pick up our order to avoid the delivery charge?

 

  Yes. You must have a cargo van or vehicle large enough to move the cart(s).  If the customer is moving carts and damages occur, then appropriate charges will be invoiced.

  What are the payment terms?

 

  All orders are cod.
